Your banjo was made by Stromberg-Voisinette, the predecessor of the Kay musical instrument manufacturing co. Likely manufactured during the late 1920's.

I believe that SV's were made only from 1921-1931.

The name might have changed in '31, but the instruments didn't. Kay kept making this style of banjo well into the 1930s.
