Hi all. Wanting some help with a project concerning 1990s Gibson banjos. Specifically banjos with the serial numbers that include the YYMM-RR format. Eg 9610-43, 1996 10th month 43 production ranking. This is Granadas, RB3s, RB4s, Crowes. Anything with that serial number format (Some models have the model number as the first digit, eg 4-9610-43)
Scruggs and RB20s have their own serial number system I believe, so not looking for those.
I've begun compiling a spreadsheet from internet listings. Since there's not a lot of info about production numbers out there, I'd like to build a data base of models produced by month. If you're happy to share your number reply here, or PM me. Don't need photos, ownership details, price or anything like that. Just model and serial number. Thanks ??

Thanks! I only have about 30 numbers so far. Because the serial numbers include the month and production number it might help get a sense of how many of each model were made.
