I’m looking information about the Vega Moderne model. When was it made ? What kind of tone ring, Tubaphone, whyte laydie, or something else ? How does it sound compared to other Vega’s ?

It was made at the turn of the 1930s, around 1930-1. It doesn't have a full tone ring, but a simple brass band similar to a Little Wonder. It sounds pretty much like a Little Wonder too, just with some upgraded cosmetics.
