It's not that unusual. I have found that in green bell peppers quite often. It's edible!

I get great orange , yellow, and red peppers at Aldi. You know how I feel about …………….i can hardly say it…….green bell peppers.

But, I’ve found quite a few pepper babies over the years. From stores and the Amish we get seasonally.

Like Sherry said ^^ ... probably a relatively small %age, but not newsworthy  ..... maybe there's some hanky-panky going on on the long truck ride. [But I have seen 'em in the ones from our garden, so .... ???]

BTW, I have not seen that dulcimer in maybe 15 years or more, I bet the cherry wood is aging well...that or cracking up. I think I will go upstairs and open the case. I asked Ron, the maker, to use dragon flies and ginkgo leaves for the sound holes, hoping that would attract Marilyn to playing it. Nope, that did not work. Brad
