Looking to replace the original tuner buttons on a 2002 Reiter Regent with different buttons. I believe all the tuning pegs and 5 th string are 5 star planetary ?

The knobs I have manufactured for Gotoh tuners fit 5-Star planet tuners. Single knobs are at the bottom of my Banjo Tuners web page.
To make sure that the 5th tuner and the planetary tuners on the peghead require the same button, take one off the tuner on the peghead and fit it to the 5th. If it fits fine, then order all 5 to fit planetary.
