Fun tune to play on tenor - I couldn't think of a Xmas tune this year so Disney will have to do.  Merry Christmas banjo friends!: youtube.com/watch?v=O-XQlBKyOL8

That is a fantastic rendition of a great tune. The rhythm, the feel, the accuracy . . . Everything about your version is great, and while all those elements are fantastic, the whole is much greater than the sum of its parts. ‘Excellent!

Compass56 Thank you for your positive comments Tony - that means a lot coming from you. I was inspired to learn the tenor from watching you, David Cavage and the great Eddy Davis post regularly on this forum on BHO.  It's great to see more activity on here again.

Well played Carrie. A great tune to play on the banjo. Suits the banjo. Keep it in the repertoire.
Great sounding tenor. I used to play that tune years ago--must dig it out again.

@Hot Club Man Thanks Michael - yes, it fits well on the tenor banjo.

Carrie, thanks for your kind words.  I miss David's edgy comments, strong opinions, and excellent videos.  My friendship with Eddy is, of course, something I will cherish forever.  As great as the 4-string BHO Forum was a few years ago, it is, in some ways, better now, and you're a big part of it's renaissance.

Here's to a great 2025 with lots of posts to education, entertain, and enrich all of our lives. 'Banjo forever!
