They’re in Asheville, NC. Anyone heard if their operation survived the flood?

I'm worried about them. Fairfield looks like it was in the line of some of the worst flooding. My new armrest just arrived from them over the weekend. I worked at Biltmore House thirty years ago and this makes me very sad.

I've been thinking about them myself but I ain't heard anything from them either. Last month Patrick notified me that my banjo was ready so my wife and me rode out and picked it up. Never would I have thought that a month later all of us would be watching what is happening out there. Those in the southern Appalachians have all been in my prayers, from northern Georgia to southern West Virginia. Here in the foothills we didn't get hit nearly as hard.
Hopefully we will hear something from Patrick and the crew in the coming days or weeks. God bless them all!

Saw a post from Patrick on Instagram saying that the factory is okay but without power (his wife and kids are fine too!). He showed that a bridge was washed out - said they'd probably be closed for a bit.

"Whew!"  That is a HUGE relief.  (BTW, I own a Pisgah short-scale, 12-inch Tubaphone, a wonderful banjo if ever there was one.)

Rate good news from that area. Pisgah avoided Fairbanks’s fate.

Thanks Jeff, that's great news! I just knew the creek behind the shop had risen and wiped them out as well, thankfully it didn't.

Looks like Patrick has set up a GoFundMe for his employees and the local community:

Horrible situation for that region. I am glad PBC came through relatively unscathed.
