I made one out of a 5/16" hex bolt, cutting off the threads and sawing a slot in the end to fit the "flat screwdriver" shaped blade on the post. Be aware that the adjustment has a 10:1 gear, so it takes several turns to see any result.

In the 70's I had a Baldwin ODE D. the adjusting tool supplied was a squashed at the end tube with a T bar through the other end. It was a bit bodgy but did work.
