how do I find an archive without going through entire list?

Look on the left hand side of he page and below where it says "more" you'll find what looks like a magnifying glass. That's the search function. Put a few key words in there and click on it and it should bring up archives regarding what you're looking for. I know of no other way to break it down further, although others might.
