Looking for mahog pot for open back 11 inch diameter not drilled or drilled to fit 24 hooks spacing hoop or woody tone ring ok . All the pots I ser advertised are drilled for 20 hook spacing and my tension hoop had 24 notches

Buy a rim from Eric Sullivan, sized and drilled to your needs.
You might also consider a rim made for two-piece flange. It won't have to be drilled at all, because you'll use the tube portion of the flange in place of shoes. Parted out tubes turn up on eBay.

You might check with Zachary Hoyt. He recently built a very nice rim for me, at a quite reasonable price, and with a very short turnaround time. (Others, I’m sure, will know of other options.)
