David Grisman and I are proud to announce that we have put together what is essentially "Tone Poems Vol. 4", which features a multitude of tenor banjos, guitars, mandolins, mandolin-banjos, bass banjo, etc. In addition to the aforementioned musicians, tenor banjoist Johnny Baier and 5 string banjoist Danny Barnes also make guest cameos. Check out the below link to hear three free sample tracks as well as the (free) downloadable link to the official companion PDF booklet that includes full color photos of all instruments used, as well as detailed descriptions of the songs and bits of banjo related ephemera. All instruments recorded were provided by the David Grisman, Tyler Jackson, and American Banjo Museum collections. Enjoy!
