hey y'all, here's a little picking hand metronome warm up I put together for Daily Banjo Licks. Starts out with the alternating thumb roll but there are a couple more unusual roll patterns in there as well. Hope it helps!

Thanks, brother. This is definitely something I'll do. I posted about pre-picking rituals, mainly washing my hands with HOT water. It limbers up my old arthritic joints and clears any oil off my hands. I believe I'll insert your ritual rolling right after washing.
