Hello! Forgive my ignorance if this is indeed already possible or previously discussed, but is it possible (currently, or technically in the future) to filter banjo tabs by available file type? For example, sometimes I'm on a device that can really only look at PDFs, sometimes I'm trying to find TablEdit files specifically. It would be very helpful to be able to see only the tabs that actually have those file types available. Could this be a potential or already existing feature? Thanks!
I don't think at this time we have anything that will search/filter tabs by type.
Many of the tabs that are listed will tell you what genre it is, whether it's beginner, intermediate or advanced and whether it has Tabledit (.tef) or pdf or any other type. If you know the name of a song, it's easy to look at the songs and see if one has the information in the form that you need.
Thanks for the response! Yes, that's essentially how I've always used Banjo Hangout (looking for specific tunes). It's not really that difficult to keep scrolling until I find a version with a preferred file type, and such a filter would only be a minor life improvement. This is more for scrolling for new tunes, where I'm just opening "random" pdfs of my desired other filters, and having a file type filter would be helpful for this.
