I keep seeing advertisements for Suwannee Banjo Camp in Florida in March.
I live in California and would prefer to go to one closer. Also can't afford to go just now, summer should be a good time.
I am struggling right now as I have hand problems. Repetitive Stress injury from years of newspaper work. It has now affected my left hand. I expect it to take months to heal. So
I won't be very good, but still would like to go to a banjo camp. I know they have beginning classes.
It would be so much fun to hang out and learn from others who enjoy the banjo. Maybe even a guitar player too.

Banjo Summit is a virtual camp February 11-12. I know you were looking for a real in person camp but I would check this out. It’s very advanced but I still enjoy listening. Also there’s a 1 day banjo workshop all day Sunday at SPBGMA this year

There are several that I can recommend that have all levels of instruction. Midwest Banjo Camp is in Indiana in early June, Kaufman Kamp in east TN has a banjo track in late June, and Camp Bluegrass near Lubbock, TX is in July. Kaufman Kamp has a week of OT and a week of BG. Good luck and have fun!

Walker Creek Music Camp is in California, near Petaluma. It may be too early for you though in April. walkercreekmusiccamp.org/

I'm looking forward to the Midwest Banjo Camp in June. I've taught there twice before ('18 and '22), and it's always been a great experience.

I haven’t been to any of their events yet (I’m new to CA) but check out californiabluegrass.org/califo...s-events/
They have a camp in Grass Valley in June.

Béla Fleck's blue ridge banjo camp. It and the banjo summit have my votes for the best banjo camps out there!

Thank you all for your suggestions. I have checked a few out and they look fun. I'm definitely going to one, just have a few more to check out.

Is there a place where all festivals, camps etc. are listed for the year? Tx

Not that I know of. Bluegrass Unlimited runs an annual festival listing, but a) that's just festivals IIRC, not camps, and b) with the rise of the internet, fewer and fewer festival promoters seem to bother sending their info in to be listed in the festival issue.
