I have tried for months to cancel my account at Jimmy Heffernan’s dobro site and to stop the monthly $10 charge as I have not had time to do anything with it or even look at it since the beginning (over a year ago)

I have been unsuccessful in following his posted cancellation steps and contacted who is listed to contact to cancel.

I received a reply January 25th that my account was being cancelled and then they charged me days after that. It’s $10 only but I asked why and no response. I have asked multiple times since then and still no response.

I received a email that says this month the account was being closed…but I could start it back if I wanted. So I asked to make sure I did not get charged again even though they said last month I was being cancelled.

Does anyone here know a way of contacting anybody there as the email is signed “web guy @jimmyheffernan.com”

Any assistance you all may have would be greatly appreciated.

If the charge is going to your bank, tell the bank to stop payments. If the charge is going to your credit card, do the same thing: tell them to stop paying the charges.
