It's particularly delightful since one gathers that Reno mojo will keep on swingin'!

jason are these uni gloves or are they a left and right ? being left handed this may work for me. i remember 15 years ago maybe longer talking with tom adams about this. as i was starting to notice something going on also... his had got really bad ,,but mine was just occasional at that time.... later i found out mine is just old arthr setting in from years of air wrenches. but i was just wondering about the gloves ,, if they are left and right.
BTW this is a great idea and i may give it a try. thank you so much !!!

Yes sir they are universal. Either hand will work. I have some arthritis setting in as well and it helps. Give it a try!

just wondering if cutting the tips out of needed fingers enough to wear your picks would have the same relief?

No it doesn't. I've tried everything that you can imagine and this is what works...for me. It's different for everyone. That's one of the things about focal dystonia. It's very weird and individual. It's the disconnection of the picks from the bare finger tips that make it work for me. When I feel the picks on my fingers, it's like putting socks on a cat. lol I can play anything I want flawlessly without picks. Strange.

This guy has a similar problem. Similarly it's the disconnect of the bare fingers from the strings for him. Weird ain't it?

mine doesn't seem so much in my fingers as it does the muscles and nerves in my hand,,the palm and back of my hand... similar to carp tunnel i guess.

Well give it a try but cut the fingertips out.  It might help. If not, try it with the fingertips intact.  Hopefully you'll find something that will help.
