Hello All - does anyone know where I might track down a complete bracket for a SS Stewart American Princess from 1895ish? Thanks!

These two items may be what you need:

I am willing to look, but I need better pictures. Take the parts off the banjo and photo them on a plain background. For the shoe I need a front and side shot snd an indication of what type of bolt/screw holds the shoe to the rim.

DO NOT include a ruler in the photos. Just tell me the necessary dimensions.

Hopefully I can help.

Thanks All!

Bon - here are some pics. The bolt size that holds the shoe to the rim is 3/8. It’s total length is 5/8th. The shoe is 3/4 inch long by 3/8 wide. The hook bracket is 2 1/8 long and the fancy nut that goes on the bottom of the hook bracket 7/16 long and the nut size is 5/16th. THANKS for looking!

Emiel - I’d prefer and original piece if possible.

Good pictures. I'll take a look tomorrow. Your hardware is fairly common for SSS banjos, so odds are in your favor.

I'll send a personal message if I come up with the parts.
