+1 for Concertone. I had a tenor with brands just like that, and equally illegible.

Concertone. This one was made by Slingerland. If I recall, Concertone was a name used by Montgomery Ward department stores.

Does anyone know where to get a replacement head? It’s 7”

Order a skin head. Bob Smakula or Elderly Instruments usually have some.Might want to get a bridge and set of strings while you are at it.Replacing the head isn't hard.
And a tailpice, make sure you got one of those!!

From the pictures, it doesn't look li9ke you need a new head, but the pictures don't show well. Check for splits or tears, and if you don't find any, chances are the head is okay. A little dirt won't hurt it.
