I want to strip/export audio from videos and import new audio and sync them again. Win 10. What’s reasonable software for this?

Shotcut is a good one. Ive used it before with minimal effort. Pretty easy to use imho.

On the Mac, use QuickTime, part of the MacOS. You'll see an option to export your video as Audio only. Couldn't be easier.
