Does anybody have bluegrass tabs for any Jerry Jeff Walker songs? I've seen some posts in the past about Mr. Bojangles, but those tabs are no longer accessible for some reason. Any songs would be great though if you have them!

Here's an easy one for Mr. Bojangles that my teacher wrote out for me many years ago when I was first learning. PDF, beginner tab for 5- string Scruggs type banjo. Go here: banjohangout.org/tab/browse.as...l&v=16438

Hi Sherry,

I just had a long talk with my friend Paul Siebel and he told me that Jerry Jeff just passed away at 78...I knew jerry when he lived in the Village...Fun guy and so talented....How are you?....Jack

Thanks Rick,

Just heard about it from Paul Siebel who kept in contact with Jerry every since he moved to Austin...I talked with Jerry by phone about 2 years ago and he hardly remembered me or the Village days at all in NYC...So sad as he was fun to know and be with. He was also dealing with serious dementia...Jack

That is sad to hear. I used to listen to his stuff a lot. He was a special  artist to me. Loved his writing and unique interpretations. It is neat you knew him. I bet back in the day he was a handful.
