Thanks again, appreciate the talk as I am just out of a cast for a multi-fractured wrist (frettin hand) and on day 3 of physical therapy for some VERY stiff fingers. The wrist flexibility comes later. So, the rolls section was very welcome. Whilst casted I have been working on rolls and clawhammering, accuracy and a bit of metronome work.
