This is a cool instrumental by Sam Bush, and included in the seminal album Poor Richard's Almanac ... I'm pretty sure the original banjoist for this tune is the great Alan Munde.
I'm no Alan Munde but I enjoy this tune and this is my very different take on it, coming at it from a different angle. Note that I overlooked a rhythmic signature bounce for this tune and also completely spaced the very cool bridge ... oops. Maybe next time, or if I every work this up with another musician, will capture it all then :) So for what it's worth, this will do for now, a few banjo ideas.
The tune is in the key of Gm, and I'm playing in normal open G tuning.
For what it's worth, another take on this tune ... I hope you enjoy :)
