I have one of their banjolas and I'm thinking of upgrading it for live performance - better tuners and, especially, a pickup system. Sent them an email through their website.

Within an hour I had a response from Wayne Rogers (who runs the company) followed up by another response this morning from Jack Ramsey, their customer service and sales guy.

I'm not sold on their recommendation, but the speediness of their response was extremely impressive. We've seen favorable notices about their customer service response in the past, and IMO it's deserved. And I'd add that as a teacher, I'm never sorry to see a Gold Tone product walk in with a new student.
