Do you think this tune can be played on 5-string banjo with a good result?

Do you think it's insane to want to play a mandolin tune on 5-string banjo?

I like this beautiful Italian waltz very much, I love it and I wish I could be able to play it! But I don't have time to learn mandolin as well!

What would you do?

For sure ... plectrum or fingerpicks it's doable. Use it as an ear exercise and just do it ! It's in Dm ... harmonic. Dm Gm A7 Bb ... it's actually pretty simple.

That sounds like a song called "Indifference". Nice song, but for me, I play it on accordion.
