AWESOME JOB!!
I think this song has became Bela's Signature Song over the years, and you play it very nicely and close to the way Bela does (OK, Bela picks it). I do believe that you would make even Bela proud to hear your electric banjo on this song! -Great Job my friend!

Thanks Jammer:
It sure is one gorgeous banjo tune alright. I think I'll work out the whole thing, or as much as I can work out frailing. I've been neglecting CH for a while now, and this will be a nice challenge. A friend sent me a tab, so one of these days I hope to be able to fingerpick it.

That sounds great. Do you think that one might make it to your next cd?

Thanks very much Kevin. Version 2 should be out today ... I've actually worked out the correct chords (mostly) . It's a really nice frailing tune. It's neat because once you get past all the wonderful smoke&mirrors that Béla and the Flecktones add, the melody is not too difficult (at least to frail). It actually reminds me of a lot of many Scottish tunes I've heard.
Cheers,

Great man! But I would like to hear it on a real old time instrument. Your arrangement is very tasteful and clear!
