Up the neck is just beautiful, the harmonics are really nice also. Sound Rating 10 Setup Janet Davis set it up just the way I like it. Reliability Rating 10 Customer Service I only deal with Janet Davis and will stay like that. I have dealt with other companies were they were nice also. It is just something about Janet Davis that is really great. I even call to talk to the manager when ever someone helps me out to let them know, what great people they have working for them. Customer Service 10 Components They only thing I might change is the bridge, I got a Snuffy Smith, I love Snuffy Smith bridges. other then that I dont' think anything needs to be upgraded. Components Rating 10 Overall Comments Over all I think this is such a great banjo. Have two others this is my first USA made, and I can tell the difference right off the bat. I am so thankful I got an alarm system on my house. It sucks that I have other banjo's though, because I will NOT pick up any other then my Sullivan, this baby is just sweet , I even named her :) Overall Rating 10
