I still need minor setup adjustments to get it a little brighter. Sound Rating 9 Setup like I said needs a little setup. the head was tight and needed to be loosened. Changed the tailpiece to a Fults and now it is perfect . Have tried a few bridges and I think I like the one that came with it the best , though the kat eyz pegged is great also. Setup Rating 7 Appearance It is a looker. Nice maple finish. I love the bronze low key look. the first one I recieved was damaged in shipping and the imprint was mismatched fading from shallow to deep. The replacement is great. I give the second one a ten I love it more every day Appearance Rating 10 Reliability It is reliable as can be so far. Stays in tune well. The finish is great seems like it will hold up pretty well. Reliability Rating 9 Customer Service had to get it replaced. I had to pay to return it, but it was worth it. They had me take pictures before I returned it, but got the new one to me very quickly. Customer Service 8 Components The components are great.
