They are brown, solid latigo leather. They have a tooled basket weave pattern and attach to the brackets with Chicago screws. When I got my new Mastertone there was no debate a Showcase would be my strap. These sturdy, beautifuk straps have never let me down. They cost about $35 and are worth every penny. Overall Rating 10
