Loud but not too loud Sound Rating 9 Setup Set up was ideal for me. They have a banjo tech on staff and he really knows his stuff. Setup Rating 10 Appearance Beautiful, nice inlays, hardware is brilliant. Appearance Rating 9 Reliability Very sturdy and sharp finished. Reliability Rating 7 Customer Service Very friendly, they have a customer for life. Customer Service 10 Components All in all, I would say that the the components are very high quality and should stand the test of time.
