Nice and loud. I use it more for a classical style, but can still through some good bluegrass. Sound Rating 9 Setup Came together including bridge placement. would not come with D-tuners. Setup Rating 10 Appearance Beutiful. It has a hand carved heel and peghead. Ingraved arm rest. rich stained walnut resonator. You just look at it and go Damn! Appearance Rating 10 Reliability All the hardware seems to be in good order, also it came with a Lifetime warranty. Reliability Rating 10 Customer Service It was just fine. Customer Service 8 Components everything looks and feels as though it is top of the line. I am quite happy with it. Components Rating 10 Overall Comments I don't recommend buy this banjo, it's a bit pricey. But if you can look past the check book.
