I had it especially made by Joe, for my taste and style of picking. It is mahogany with a rosewood fingerboard, gold tone ring, nickel parts and "pass" rim, ivoroid binding, resonator rings, Gotoh tuners and ivoriod buttons. Sound Rating 10 Setup Joe had it set up just for me. He even had the strap put on that I sent him prior to assembly. I was staying in a cabin I had rented, and he even brought it to my front door in Mouontain View Arkansas. Setup Rating 10 Appearance As stated above, I had it "special ordered", made to my specs. Joe was very helpful, in that he keep me posted all during the time it was being made. Appearance Rating 10 Reliability It should last me a life time. Reliability Rating 10 Customer Service Joes is first class. I was in the area once, he invited ne over, took me to dinner, and also out to a jam session. Customer Service 10 Components The case , even though it is a hardshell, could be better. It needs another latch I think.
