Here is Todd Taylor this was a great show

That was a great show...I took those pics and have altogether over 200 pics of Todd at his shows. The top pic is Todd with the archtop that is for sale on ebay. The second pic is Todd with a backup banjo he is no longer playing.

Now retired Alvin Breeden frets a song for Zack Deming, his replacement in VA Cutups during a Christmas party at the Stelling shop. That's Jeff Huss of Huss and Dalton at far left.

Dean,

Have you gone fully digital or are you still using film? What kind of camera and lens?

The pics are great!!!

Mims,
When I shoot film, which is about twice a year, I use my Leica- otherwise it's Nikon or Canon digital.

Hi Dean. Nancy here. I just wanted you to know that I am quite a fan of yours. I have seen the pictures that you have done and really enjoyed them...from the ones of that bombing to the ones that you did of Tony and Greg (), to the ones of the thread that I just looked at, and your talent as a photographer is awsome. I think that if you play the banjo even one quarter as well as you photograph others playing, you must be an ace. I really appreciate your art. It's awsome. Thanks for posting the pictures. I enjoyed them.

With your talent as a photographer, you sure won't starve, by the way.

Look at where the finger is in relation to the bridge. Interesting. The worn spot tells where that finger usually rests also.

Dean...Man, I congratulate you on some absolutely great work with a camera. I am in awe...for sure.

The Nashcamp 05 picture is with my 1934 Granada...

Bill Evans is playing a new Mahogany engraved Chief...I'm wondering what Ned is playing...doesn't that look just like a Gibson...Granada? I thought he played Huber.

Please keep this thread going...The picture of Jimmy Mills has a great feel...man, if I could do things like that with a camera, that's all I would ever want to do....that and play the piano.

Carry on...
