I need some work done to reshape a banjo neck. Any recommendations in Tucson, AZ?

Not sure of his name but a lot of people in Az r recommending White Mountain Banjo. He is I believe located in AZ. Not sure where tho. |

Yeah, White Mountain is up in Tempe and they build really nice banjos. But not sure about being available for luthier work. But I bet they know a good luthier down there. Call White Mountain from their website phone number, and you could also try Jeff or staff at Acoustic Vibes - also in Tempe and also have a website. He may help too.
Last but not least thefolkshop.com is right there in Tucson.

If I needed my Neck reshaped I would take it off and send it to one of the many good luthiers here on the BHO

There is an excellent luthier in Tucson. His name is Gordon Groves. He does great work. P.M. me and I'll get you in touch with him.

Just curious, what kind of shaping? A change in profile? or heel work?
Try to stay close to home and fire that crowd up down in that county. |
