AllParts has some similar. but likely won't match. They are pricey.

you might end up replacing all the buttons. if you are really intent about an absolute match, you might end up casting your own or carving some out of wood or tusk.

I can remember having a drawer full of things like that back in the 70s. Have you thought about emailing that picture to some of the vintage shops like Bernunzio?
