More About Me

First, I don't take many students.

I teach the Dwight Diller style of play. I learned it from him first-hand in 1999. He also inspired and instilled in me a deep reverence for the music and tradition.

Am most interested in teaching serious students... those that understand the banjo is much more than 5 strings and a twang. This is indeed an opportunity to explore culture and community... and to experience the amazing magic that is the banjo.
