<itunes:summary>Heres my banjo take on the Christmas favorite. I've always loved Vince Guaraldi's version that was featured in Charlie Browns Christmas cartoon. This one has 5 banjos and I used a Keyboard cleaning brush, on the banjo head, to get the brushed sounds from the original recording, haha. Add a bass banjo track with the tuning dropped 3 whole steps and you get a pretty nice sounding bass string, haha. This was a fun project .</itunes:summary>

I snuck in a hook riff from a 007 movie for laughs. This has rhythm banjo, two brushed banjos, banjo ornaments, banjo solo and bass banjo. I hope you like it.</itunes:summary>

<itunes:summary>This is not me! It is Tom Slavicek. He is a Czech banjo player living in Montreal, Canada. He came to Canada in 1981 and was my teacher for about a year. To me, this guy is the great unkown treasure of banjo. This is a recording of Donna Lee written by the great Charlie Parker. Tom plays bluegrass but now is working exclusively on jazz. This is played on a 6 string banjo that he made. I have his old five string which I play and treasure. I&#39ll post some more of him in the near future. Please let me know what you think. THANKS</itunes:summary>
