I am recovering from heart surgery and have weight restrictions and was browsing through banjohangout classifieds and found Randall Wyatt. After several emails and one week later I have received by birch "woodie "rim from Randall. The rim fit perfectly and an hour after receiving, I was playing with a lighter banjo that had incredible volume and the Pre war sound. Thanks Randall for a great product and great customer service.
My friends can't believe there is no metal tone ring in my banjo. I started leaving the resonator screws out so everyone can look for themselves.
