Perfect old time sound. Bright but not too much so. A good,full sound.
I have had many and this sounds as good as any.

Appearance

Beautiful cardinal inlay in peghead. Red veneer strip around side of peghead and fingerboard. Fit/finish/workmanship flawless.
Lo Gordon builds them right.
