I bought the mute as I live in a condo and definitely needed something to quiet my banjo when I practice, otherwise I'm quite sure my 3 neighbors would come for me with pitchforks and burning torches! I'm pleased to say the mute worked exactly as advertised and as well as all the other glowing reviews here. Mike was very prompt in acknowledging the order and shipping was so quick! I live in Washington and ordered it on a Monday morning and got it that Wednesday. Highly recommended!
