This banjo has an astounding sound. Rings like a bell with good lows and highs along the fretboard. |

Setup
|
As usual banjo.com set ups banjos perfectly. The head was tight and, the bridge in the proper place, the angle of the tailpiece brought an ieal sound from the strings. The action beat. Very nicely done. |

The Heirloom has a classical beauty. The mother of pearlis of the best quality. It is simple but beautiful. The cover of the rod up the headstock has a beautiful shape andelegant colour. The design up the neck is really original and distinguished |

Thebvest in the market. Gotosh machines are very fine to adjust and keep the tuning. The chrome plating looks very sturdy. Not a single item is of poor quelity |

The ordering was extremely tiring. No order acknowledgement, no answers to my emails. It took weeks to get any respomse. When I thought that I would never get the banjo, somebody from backoffice seemed to notice that they had a customerwaiting. The banjo arrived with severely damaged lack (neck). No answers whatsoever to my reclamation. FQMS used to be much better. |

I learned more in one month (Beginner'^s Banjo Course) than in the first three years by myself. As in Europe there are almost no teachers , Harold was the best choice I could have. The arrangements are very demanding but the course guarantees banjo proficiency very quickly. On the top, Harold is extremely friendly. |
