Had a great setup upon purchase. Have only changed the bridge and tailpiece. I have the head tuned to G# and the setup has pretty much held its own since. |

It is Maple, has a "blonde" look to it with nice snowflake inlays. Simple, but tastefull and very easy on the eyes. |

The hardware is standard nickel plated and has been holding up very well. The finish seems to be thick enough to hold up and I would use it on a gig. |

Wayne Rogers at Gold Tone is a very nice man. I emailed him to say I bought this banjo and really liked it. Was told even though it was used that I could still get it set up from them and they would back it 100%. Their service is outstanding! |

One of the components I really like is the straightline tailpiece. It is easy to change the strings, and adjust to where you need it. It has a nice sound. |
