Overall Comments	My RK80 had some intonation and action problems, so I took a drive to see John. While there, I decided to have him check the tone ring fit. Before I left, he had hand-shaved a couple hairs off the rim, adjusted the truss rod, "neutralized" the co-rods, shimmed the neck just a bit, and helped me choose another bridge. The banjo is alive and kicking better than ever. As others have said, he's as friendly and helpful in person as he is here on the hangout -- highly recommended!
