Sound
|
I asked Cliff to upgrade the existing Rim with his new Nitro and the volume and tone are unbelievable. Lots of sustain and a very strong 4th string. |

I travel a lot and cannot always take my banjo. After posting a question in a forum concerning right hand practice devices, I was steered to Jack's site and his Banjo Board. I recieved it a few days ago and have been using it to practice rolls with almost constantly since then. It makes a slight clicking sound as you strike the strings and is barely audible to the player or anyone in the room. The board duplicates the banjo perfectly. I measured the string spacing and it matches my Banjo exactly. Bridge height is 5/8 ths. Well worth the $35. I also use Jack's Beginner Banjo Book as my sole learning tool and it is also great. |
