Overall Comments

I bought this capo used, having before it used a Shubb Deluxe with which I was quite satisfied -- just thought I'd give the G7 a whirl. I was completely unprepared for how much I'd prefer the G7! Handling it took a little getting used to [at first I found the smooth, rounded design a little bit hard to hold on to and manipulate with one hand -- maybe some sort of rubberized coating would be something the maker could consider], but the mechanism is smoooooth as glass. It rarely throws my banjo sharp and stays in place nicely. When not in use, I clamp it on my banjo's dowelstick.
