Sound

Everything I hoped for, great bass in several low tunings. 1st string clear sweet ring @ 9th and 10th position. Instr. has a huge dynamic range and a lot of sublety. |

Setup
|
Well thought out and well executed. The scale length/ string guage is briliant. It has a natural playability. |

Nicely designed, good proportion, weight and balance. You can tell the maker put a great deal of effort in this banjo. |

I cannot imagine a better ordering or buying experience. I have given Mr. Bowlin a 10 because I don't see a 12. |

Overall Comments

Highly recomend. The banjo is worth more than the asking price. If I were to lose it I would order another. I love the instr. I have been playing a Fairbanks, fretless ,Curtis Electric. gut strung. I far prefer the Bowlin. |
