Sound
|
Great sounding banjo, very loud, and clear, great for Bluegrass music. |

Setup
|
Set up was good from the maker, however I just had the strings lowered slightly. |

Appearance
|
The neck and resonator are made from ash, with a hard rock maple rim, and ebony fingerboard. Very heavy banjo, and is unusualy beautiful with the grain of ash showing through. It has a satin finish, so you do not see any finger prints, and is very durable. Diamond m.o.p. on fingerboard, and beautiful scrolls in abalone on the peg head. |

Reliability
|
The hardware is of Gibson quality, in nickel, and as hard as the ash is, I know it will last a life time, and not warp, or separate. I have never had a problem keeping it in tune, unless the pegs get bumped. |

Customer Service
|
I have never had any problems with the banjo since I bought it, but if I did, I'm sure "Wild Bill" would fix it for me. |

Components

All components are of great quality, and I would not upgrade anything for this model. |

Overall Comments

This is the best banjo I have ever owned, I just wish the maker was still making banjo's so I could order another, possibly more ornate one. |
