I have purchased three banjos from Jeff (Menzies) who has provided excellent products and services that went beyond my expectations. Jeff is very personable and cares about a customer being satisfied. Many other buyers on BHO will also attest to this. You will only hear good things about Jeff and his shop. He has even gone out of his way in the past to give follow-up phone calls to make sure everything was okay with the instrument. All my purchases have arrived very promptly and well packaged. If I am looking for my next banjo (or other instrument/CDs/accesssories), I will definitely go to MSI first. This is a great and knowledgeable Canadian supplier of stringed instruments.
