The 5th string tuner fell off when I took it out of the box. No set up at all |

Looks nice at first glance but ya can't judge a book by the cover! Binding is cracked at every fret. The resonator is pretty chewed up where the heel sits. They couldn't even center the logo decal on the headstock! |

The bridge looks like a 4th grade shop project. The string slots are not evenly spaced. The 5th string tuner fell off. The other tuners appear to be ok so far. The neck is warped. |

I plan using this for parts so I didn't call them and tell them what a piece of junk it is. |

I bought a Rogue open back starter banjo a year ago that I really like. I ended up taking the resonator and arm rest off the Carlo Robelli and putting it on the Rogue. The rogue now has alot more volume and sounds great. This one I'll keep as a beater/parts banjo. I would never buy one of these again. In all honesty, the box it came in is worth more than the banjo its self. Lesson learned! |
