Yup. I sometimes use a Paasche AB airbrush, which is very slow and persnickety, but is capable of spraying a very fine line. For the details on this picture, I used a conventional brush, which is usually faster and easier than firing up the AB. I also use colored pencils and permanent fine-line markers for detail work on occasion. It all depends on how much fine detail there is on a piece.
