My wife and I will have 33 years next month. We still work at it, but it gets easier as time goes by and it is so nice to live with the love of your life for so long. I think it is McEwen in the MASTERS book saying if a picker gives up his family for a career, then they have lost the whole point of the music in the first place. I am terribly paraphrasing here, but I think I got his point across. I am not a big bible person, more like Father Walton on the old TV show, but i do believe you will know a person by the fruits of the spirit.
